As you work your way up to the bedrooms you are greeted by the portrait of Samuel L. Barnard at the foot of our beautiful, banistered, wooden staircase. As you walk the staircase you will be greeted by more photos of the Barnard Family: Sam & Monnie, and the Barnard children. You may wish to eventually rest at the top of the stairs on our window seat and gaze out over the garden and stone-cut walls of the Barnard House, but let's continue with the tour.
