Having grown up along the Allegheny River the Kentzel family provides a prospective of the region which only comes from their inner passion for nature and the environment found in Emlenton's valley. Both Cathy and Paul have immersed themselves in their community. They sit on numerous boards such as Venango Chamber of Commerce, Allegheny Valley Trail Association and the Emlenton Borough Council. 

Cathy and Paul have only been residents in Emlenton for 8 years, but as children they were bought to the forested valley of the Allegheny to spend weekends and long summers at their parents cottages.Their life has been the outdoors! The Kentzel family resides a short distance from the Barnard House in another historical residence known as, " The Gossor - Kerr Home" 1897 on Hill Street. Its a short distance from the BnB but provides them the space they require to refresh and be the innkeepers that guest love. 

The Kentzel's background in estate management, historical preservation, the environment and horticulture have aided the family in creating an ultimate experience for their guest. When it comes to a bed and breakfast and lodging the Kentzel family guarantees their guest that they as ambassadors will provide a premier stay. They share everything they know about the valley -  while they expose their guest to the best foods, services and suppliers that can be found in the region. They both agree they are experts at making people feel good! :)
