You will be sure to find your voyage a relaxing experience as you choose a kayak, or canoe and select a quest from several miles to an over night trip. If you prefer not to lift a finger, "Foxburg River Tours" offers a Pontoon trip or private intimate tours on a smaller romantic craft. There is also the Clarion River and nearby Kahle Lake to also take in the sparkling waters and view the wildlife and scenic vistas.
By land.... there is the "Erie to Pittsburgh Trail." This unique trail was recently voted by "Rails to Trails Conservancy" as the 3rd best fall foliage in Pennsylvania. Venango County's section spans over 60 miles. Please be sure to view our home page with a direct link to the trails map. Stop along the way to picnic, shop or dine in the many historic towns within our nationally recognized region.
Emlenton and Foxburg both have rentals for bikes and if your legs require rest there is always the rentals for Off Road Segways with tours of the town, parks and nearby "Riverstone Estate" which once was home to the Fox family and has been beautifully restored.
